SUMMER ATHLETIC
TRAINING PROGRAM 

speed + strength + explosiveness + flexibility 
mobility + landing mechanics + conditioning

Our Summer Athletic Performance Program is designed to help athletes reach their peak performance. All programs are taught by competitive athletes, internationally recognized athletic trainers, coaches, and speed and agility experts. Our program focuses on linear and lateral speed (change of direction), strength and explosiveness, flexibility and mobility, proper landing mechanics, and conditioning. We have been running this program for the past five years with much success. Athletes who have trained with us increase their strength and conditioning and improve performance in their competitive sport. 

 

TRAINING

7 WEEKS ONLY
JUNE 24  — AUGUST 15
FOR HIGH SCHOOL  AND  COLLEGE ATHLETES

COLLEGE + HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES

Mondays — Thursdays  4pm-6pm

WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE

STRENGTH + MOBILITY + SPEED

  • Linear speed

  • Power/Explosiveness

  • Landing mechanics

  • Strength

  • Mobility/Flexibility

  • Conditioning (Linear + Lateral)

  • Change of Direction

  • Body Weight Strength

FEES

GROUP + 1-ON-1 SESSIONS

10% discount  when 3+ sessions booked per week.
