It's Back!

OUR 2023 SUMMER ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE PROGRAM 

speed / strength / explosiveness / flexibility 
mobility / landing mechanics / conditioning

 

Our Summer Athletic Performance Programs are designed to help athletes reach their peak performance. All programs are taught by competitive athletes, internationally recognized athletic trainers, coaches, and speed and agility experts. Our program focuses on linear and lateral speed (change of direction), strength and explosiveness, flexibility/mobility, proper landing mechanics, and conditioning. We have been running this program for the past five years with much success. Athletes who have trained with us increase their strength and conditioning and improve performance in their competitive sport. 

 
ONE MONTH ONLY
JULY 10  — AUGUST 21
FOR COLLEGE, HIGH SCHOOL, AND MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETES

MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETES

Mondays + Wednesdays  4-5pm

(Division One)

Tuesdays + Thursdays  4-5pm
