GET THE ADVANTAGE

Athletes and teams with the greatest ability to accelerate, decelerate and change direction quickly will have the advantage over their opponents. Athletes naturally endowed with speed only gets you ahead start. Today, we understand that speed is a skill that can and should be taught.  Traditionally, coaches outside of the track & field community don't know how to teach speed—until now.

​XL Training teaches and improves an athlete's speed by focusing on proper running mechanics, understanding the application of power, and improving strength, mobility and flexibility.
